How To Cook A Steak?

Monday, June 20, 2011

One thing that you need to remember is that you need to cook a steak that is an inch thick because anything that is thinner than that will most likely dry out and anything that is thicker than that will make it very difficult for you to actually know the doneness of the steak. Rule of thumb dictates, that no matter what kind of cooking style that you are going to use, you need sprinkle the meat with a nice dose of salt and pepper so that you can realize all the flavor of the steal. You can also rub crushed garlic on the steak. This will truly enhance the flavor of it. Also, you can use a marinade, however; if you are a true steak lover, you will rub it with salt and pepper and you ready to do.
